Running Program for Primary Students
Running as the program core, cultivate correct running posture and overall physical training to enhance athletic performance and relieve the pressure of students. It helps to maintain positive emotions and thinking. The participants who do not have any experience of running, are welcomed to participate in these courses. They can enhance self-confidence, perseverance and concentration level through the long-distance run.
Objective & Content
4-6 sessions of trainingassimilate running technique into games to enhance student’s interest.
● encourage primary students to develop exercise habit and healthy lifestyle
