The RunOurCity team is passionate and strives for excellence, working hard to promote the running culture in the city and achieve various social goals. RunOurCity has organized multiple times of Streetathon, Totem Run, and various types of running activities in different districts. Since its establishment at the end of 2013, RunOurCity has attracted over 130,000 runners to participate in different events and raised funds for more than 30 charitable organizations.

RunOurCity focuses on promoting the benefits of running to different age groups, especially to the youth who are the future pillars of society. Our "Youth.ROC" and "Youth.ONE" running programs provide professional training to help young people achieve their 10km running goals. To date, the program has helped over 15,000 youths develop an interest in long-distance running through training, enhancing their physical fitness.

"Run To Transform" is the guiding belief of RunOurCity. We aspire to inspire lives through running! Our aim is to create a platform to support SEN students. Through systematic running training, focused group activities and the provision of a caring and inclusive environment, SEN students can learn self-regulation skills, improving their execution, learning, social, and emotional management abilities. These benefits of running training alleviate symptoms and potentially reduce dependence on medication. More importantly, we help them build confidence and realize their potential.

RunOurCity understands that health encompasses not only physical well-being but also mental health and social adaptation. We are committed to collaborating with professionals from various fields, such as doctors, physiotherapists, nutritionists, and social workers, to provide all-rounded health activities. Among these, the "BEE Family Coach" program is funded by the Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development Fund (SIE Fund) and the Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation, offering comprehensive health education to families in the community.

I'm in my early 40s and started my running journey two years ago.
My motivation to start running came when my basketball buddies migrated. Without friends to play basketball with, I found a little gap in my life that was affecting my health. Moreover, as I entered my forties, I wanted to make some positive changes. I had always heard people say that everyone should run a marathon at least once in their life.

I'm Mandy, around thirty years old, a member of RunOurCity "CITY-RUNNERS - TKO Dash Squad " running group. I've been running for a year now.
My mother, who relies on a wheelchair due to mobility challenges, requires a significant portion of my time and care. Striving to stay healthy has always been important to me. I wanted to ensure that I could take care of myself and my family when I got older.
