A survey found that 97% of Hong Kong residents are in a state of “sub-health,” a condition that lies between health and illness, also known as chronic fatigue syndrome. This means that although individuals may not be sick, they are at a critical point where they easily become ill. If the issue of “sub-health” is overlooked for a long time, it can increase the risk of chronic diseases, becoming a new health “invisible killer.”
Symptoms of sub-health include:
Gastrointestinal issues
Frequent headaches and dizziness
Lower back pain
Constant fatigue and limb weakness
Easily stressed and emotionally unstable
Poor sleep and low concentration
