The foundation named after RunOurCity – RunOurCity Foundation Limited is a locally registered non-profit charity organization dedicated to promoting running activities to help vulnerable communities and building a harmonious and inclusive society.
Among the charitable projects, the “Youth.ROC” and “Youth.ONE” running training programs provide professional training to help teenagers achieve their 10km running goals. To date, this program has assisted over 14,000 young people, sparking their interest in long-distance running and improving their physical fitness.
RunOurCity Foundation Limited is now planning to extend its reach into the community to help more vulnerable groups, such as individuals with special needs and women’s organizations, allowing more people to experience the positive impact of street running.

Leong CHEUNG is the Founder of RunOurCity. He has served as an Operating Partner at Bain Capital and as Managing Director at Esquel Group, overseeing global procurement and supply chain management. Mr. Cheung was also a Founding Director, Shareholder, and Honorary Advisor of Social Ventures Hong Kong. He holds an MBA from Harvard University.
Mr. Cheung has participated in various endurance events, including the Oxfam Trailwalker and marathons held in Tokyo, Seoul, Brighton, and San Francisco.

Francis NGAI is the Co-Founder and Director of RunOurCity, as well as the Founder and CEO of Social Venture Hong Kong. After years in the business sector, he established a mission-driven organization in 2007 focused on the ecological development of social innovation in Hong Kong. He has been involved in various pioneering projects, including Green Monday (an environmental and health initiative), Light Be (Hong Kong’s first affordable housing for underprivileged families), Hatch (co-working factory), and Playtao Education (afterschool education for grassroots students). He also serves as Deputy Chairman of AVPN (Asian Venture Philanthropy Network).
Mr. Ngai is an avid runner and has challenged himself with the North Pole Marathon, the Sundown 100km Ultramarathon in Singapore, and the Gobi Desert 250km Ultramarathon. Mr Ngai received honorary fellowships from City University of Hong Kong and The Educational University of Hong Kong, and was named one of Hong Kong's Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 2011, a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum in 2012, and one of the 100 Asia Pioneers by The Purpose Economy in 2014.

Andes LEUNG has over 20 years of extensive experience in advertising, sales, marketing, and market planning, having served as the General Manager of a publicly listed company. He has been an invited associate professor at Hong Kong Baptist University and holds a PhD in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as an MBA from The University of Adelaide.
Dr. Leung is also a running enthusiast, having completed 100 full marathons and ultramarathons, totaling over 9,000 km, including a 1,045km round island running in Taiwan in 19 days, a 170km Ultra-Trail du Mont Blanc (UTMB), and four polar expeditions: 116km in Antarctica, 250km in the Gobi Desert, 250 kilometers in the Sahara Desert, and 250km in the Atacama Desert. He has compiled his experiences into two books, sharing his worldwide long-distance running experiences. He currently writes columns for am730 and Recruit Magazine.

Ken LO is the CEO of SEED Foundation, a Hong Kong charity organization dedicated to helping young people thrive in a digitally-driven economy. SEED provides comprehensive learning experiences for students from diverse backgrounds, integrating cutting-edge technology into curricula and practical projects to lay a solid foundation for their post-secondary lives.
Mr. Lo is a business leader with expertise in sales management, business development, strategic planning, and new media. Before joining SEED Foundation, he served as Executive Vice President for Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc. in the Asia-Pacific region and worked at companies like Microsoft and McKinsey. He is also currently the Chairman of Musicus Society, a non-profit music organization. Mr. Lo holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree in Electronic Engineering from the University of Waterloo, Canada.

Janice CHIU graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a degree in Business Administration. She holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College, a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, and a Master's degree in Buddhist Studies from the University of Hong Kong. She has worked as a management consultant and project manager and was an Asia-Pacific representative on a global supply chain management team for an international company. To spend more time with her children, she decided to leave her career and become a full-time mother.
In her spare time, she volunteers at organizations focused on education and emotional support. She enjoys reading, music, and travel.

Philip MOK is the President of the Hong Kong Tennis Association and a Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of Verde Holdings Limited, an apparel design and manufacturing company based in Hong Kong and China.
Mr. Mok has extensive experience in the internet-related industry and is a Co-Founder of Campusall.com, an educational portal in China, and Funshare.com, an e-commerce platform in Hong Kong. He believes in giving back to society and serves as a Trustee and Executive Council Member of the WWF Hong Kong, as well as a member of the Board of Governors of the Hong Kong Adventist Hospital Foundation. In 2020, he received the Chief Executive's Commendation for Community Service from the Hong Kong government for his contributions to promoting sports. Mr. Mo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from MIT.

Raymond CHAK is the Founder and Partner of Chak and Associates LLP, specializing in commercial litigation, arbitration, and mediation. The firm is a professional partner of the Hong Kong Science Park, providing legal advice on corporate governance, risk management, and financing to many tech enterprises within the park.
Mr. Chak has completed extreme ultramarathon events and has raised over four million in donations for local charities to assist those in need.

Rosanna CHOI is a Co-founding partner of a small to medium-sized accounting firm in Hong Kong. She was a Council member of Hong Kong Baptist University from 2011 to 2016, and from 2018 to 2023; and served as the Honorary Treasurer of its Council and Court from 2018 to 2023. She was also a Director and the Chairperson of the Finance Committee at HKBU Chinese Medicine Hospital Company Limited up to end of 2023. In 2024, she was awarded the Medal of Honor by the Hong Kong SAR government in recognition of her contributions to the higher education sector in Hong Kong SAR. As from 1 March 2025, she has been appointed by the Hong Kong SAR government as a member of the Advisory Committee on Chinese Medicine Development Fund.
From June 2012 to March 2018, she served as a Director of Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited and was the Chairperson of its Audit Committee from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, she is a board member of Social Venture Hong Kong and a member of Equal Opportunities Commission.

Kevin LAM is a Chartered Commercial Surveyor (FRICS) with over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He specializes in development consulting, asset enhancement, leasing and sales, and asset management. Having worked for global surveying firms for decades, he is currently the Founder and Executive Director of Active Real Estate National Advisory Services Ltd, where he is dedicated to integrating sports and fitness elements into the management of commercial real estate operations.
Mr Lam is also a sports enthusiast, holding a Master's degree in Exercise Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, along with multiple professional qualifications in fitness, swimming, and sports mental coaching. He has actively participated in Ironman triathlons around the globe for 25 years and has completed 12 Trailwalker events. In 2022, he celebrated the 25th anniversary of the handover of Hong Kong, challenged himself by running 25 laps around Hong Kong Island over 25 consecutive Saturdays, totaling 1,500 kilometers.
