Running Training Program for Primary Students

Focusing on running, this program aims to help children develop proper running posture and provide comprehensive physical training, thereby enhancing their fitness, alleviating their stress, promoting positive emotions and establishing an optimistic mindset. The activities in the program also guide students to start running from scratch, building confidence, perseverance, and focus through running training.

  • Scientific Training Our program refers to the Long Term Athlete Development model, and is tailored to different age-related physical development characteristics, focusing training on agility, speed, explosiveness, and endurance.
  • Customized Teaching Considering that students are in a rapid growth phase and that physiological differences exist among individuals, the course content is adjusted based on different grades and student abilities.
  • Fun-Focused Our running training is integrated into games (e.g., teaching running techniques through playful activities) to spark students’ interest in running.
  • Community Awareness Our running training usually takes place outside of school, helping students learning about their community.
