About Us:

RunOurCity believes RUN can transform lives. We inspire and challengeteenagers to train for distance running and achieve their goals while improvinghealth and develop a “can-do” attitude.

We organize STREETATHONS, TOTEM RUNs and other themed running events to nurturefun and compassionate running culture in Hong Kong. Since 2013, we have trainedover 5,500 teenagers, organized running events for over 55,000 participants,and raised funds for over 18 charities.

  • Assistant, Corporate Operation
  • Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager

Your Responsibilities

  • Carry out general clerical duties to support various corporate functions of the organization
  • Responsible for administration functions including but not limited to office administration, accounting, procurement, HR, office supplies & maintenance etc.
  • Date entry for daily accounting entries.
  • Assist in programmes / activities including on-site duties as assigned

Our Expectations

  • Tertiary education or degree holder
  • At least 3 years experience in admin and accounting. Experience in HR is preference.
  • Runners, or sport lover with positive and energetic personality, come to join us
Your Responsibilities

Main Duties:
i Project management and coordination of races
ii Project planning and budgeting

Job Scope: In-charge of races from planning to execution

Job Spec:

  • Planning, budgeting, implementation and follow-up for any races assigned by the Project Director
  • Supervise other colleagues and also coordinate with other colleagues 
  • Work with partners, PR firms and marketing colleagues to develop and execute a marketing plan and media plan that will promote the race
  • Liaise and communicate with all stakeholders including any government departments and other internal and external partners
  • Assist the Project Director in other races’ planning as necessary
  • Other duties commensurate with the level of the post, as determined by the Project Director

  • Degree holder
  • At least 5 years experience as an events planner or organize
