A special occasion to run in funky costumes celebrating Halloween across the districts in Kowloon East; the routes include Kwun Tong Promenade, Kwun Tong industrial area, main streets, back alleys, and Kai Tak Cruise Terminal.
Run to help those in needs; we are raising funds for two beneficiaries in this event. They are Youth.ROC, which aims at transforming life through running, and Hong Kong Network for the Promotion of Inclusive Society.
Adults and kids are welcome to be creative and dress up in Halloween costumes to compete in “The “Creepiest” Outfit Award” and “Creepiest Junior Outfit Award” respectively to win prizes!
Big carnival with outdoor live music show, F&B refreshment counters, face painting booth etc.

Hauntingly Halloween run across the districts in Kowloon East! Participants choose different running routes and distance: 3 km, 5 km, 10 km and Half Marathon. Participants will set off in different timeslots in groups of less than 30 people and each group will be led by a lead runner. There is no timing for the run; it is not a competition nor will there be winning titles. You are encouraged to dress in Halloween outfits and enjoy the run and festive atmosphere. Special gifts will be given to those who dress up in special costumes.

The participant bib and souvenir T-shirt will be distributed on the event day. Please present the participant pack collection notification email (printed or electronic version) within the specific collection time mentioned in the email. Participant pack includes the following items:
1) A participant bib
2) A souvenir T-shirt
If your are unable to collect the participant bib and souvenir T-shirt during the aforesaid period, please authorize a representative on your behalf for collection. Please fill in the Authorization Form for your representative to present it together with the participant pack collection notification email.

Please prepare credit card (only master and visa cards are accepted) for paying registration fee.
The Organizer will provide an official T-shirt for all participants. Please decide if you would like to have it or not.

- Teams of 2 are not allowed to change captain but member only who must fulfill age requirement.

6. If participants would like to join more than one activity, please estimate and allocate your own time.
7. Participants must declare their fitness and health condition good enough to complete the activities. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse the participants to join if they suspect them not fit for the activities.

The project is aimed to use sports as a means to demonstrate a tripartite collaboration model involving persons with disability, young people and corporate volunteers as guide runners together for inclusive cooperation. Corporate volunteers act as bridge to promote able-disabled inclusion and integration by giving young people EDUCATION on personal development, an opportunity to develop EMPATHY and experience EMPOWERMENT. Persons with disability are also able to build their self-confidence and blend into the society through sharing their experiences with young people, as well as interacting with people from all grounds. The program includes running training sessions, participation in charitable running races, community engagement namely home visit, environmental conservation activities and event helper, as well as experiential activities such as blindfold sport training.
